One of my favorite parts of exhibiting in local craft fairs is the opportunity to talk with customers and listen to flavor combinations that they would be interested in. If I continually hear similar requests, then its a no-brainer to test out a new batch. Thanks to many customer requests for a fig jam suitable for appetizers and hors d'oeuvres galore, Small Batch Jam Co is pleased to present our Mission Fig Rosemary Jam.
Our delicious mission fig rosemary jam features a Santa Clara County black mission fig paired with fresh local rosemary that pairs great for just about any flavorful cheese. The recipe uses only fresh figs, pure cane sugar, fresh cut rosemary , a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
