Apricot Jam

Apricots are one of the top five reasons we love California. With so many varieties offered at the farmers markets from the Patterson to the Blenheim to the Brittany Gold, we love to work with them and bring out their delicious sweet and tart notes so that you feel as if you were spreading fruit right out of the jar.

Our delicious jam starts with apricots from the Fresno Valley. To the mix, we add pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magically intoxicating combination.
