Our delicious mission fig rosemary jam is a quartered fig from Sonoma County for added texture paired with fresh local rosemary that pairs great for just about any flavorful cheese. The recipe uses only fresh figs, pure cane sugar, fresh cut rosemary , a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
